More ABOUT ME
In 2010, I pivoted from a corporate career to pursue my interest in human health and movement. Beginning with qualifications in personal training, neuromuscular therapy, exercise for the older adult and Pilates, I gained extensive experience training individuals and groups in gym based and outdoor fitness environments. Drawing on my own lifelong experience in competitive athletics, I continue to this day to advise in coaching running specific fitness and injury prevention.
In 2016, I graduated with distinction in Applied Health Science & Physical Therapy, my time in college including an internship with Leinster Rugby Senior's recovery and sport massage team. Since graduating and obtaining professional recognition with the Irish Physiotherapists Registration Board of Coru (Irelands Health and Social Care governing body) I've been running my own private practice in Howth, providing musculoskeletal physiotherapy services [... alongside some part-time teaching in manual therapy techniques and providing recovery and sport massage treatments for visiting International rugby teams].
